  • 300 rupee will be added automatically if you want to include your parents in the convocation ceremony.Only one parent/guardians for each candidate can participate in the ceremony.

  • Step 1: Input your Registration number for Bachelor,Master and M.Phil or Name for PhD students to find your grace details.
  • Step 2: Pay convocation fee and deposit using online banking tools available in the 2 nd STEP
  • Step 3: Submit your information. Name in devanagri using preeti font,Gender,Place, email and mobile number
  • Step 4: Upload your MRP photo (Above 300KB to 1MB)
  • Step 5: Upload your nationality/Passport front page (Above 300KB to 1MB)
  • Step 6: Upload your transcript of front page (if multiple page than first and last page also required to submit. pls make a single file of both first and last page transcript) (Above 300KB to 1MB)
  • Step 7: Submit your bank details for refund your deposit
  • Step 8: Agree with "Terms and Conditions"
  • Step 9: Submit final conformation
  • Step 10: Save and print the require documents

  • Find grace no from the above form
  • To proceed next step select bank, and input Transaction Id provided after successful Transaction of Online Payment and click on next step
  • A information message will apper with a click link.
  • Click on the link. An email will be send to your email address
  • Go to mail box and click on the link in the email to proceed edit information.
